Keeping this in mind, the Ministry of AYUSH has issued guidelines to enhance self-care and immunity during the corona virus crisis, by which we can strengthen our immune system.

Drink only hot water throughout the day
The Ministry of AYUSH has suggested in its guidelines that one should do yoga for 30 minutes daily. Also include pranayama and meditation.
Be sure to include turmeric, cumin, coriander and garlic etc. in your diet. They help strengthen your immune system.
Do take Chyawanprash. Take 1 teaspoon regularly. Those who are diabetic can take sugar free.
Be sure to include herbal tea in your daily routine. Make a decoction of basil, cinnamon, black pepper, dry ginger, dry grape and drink it twice a day. You can also add jaggery or fresh lemon to it.
Take turmeric milk (Golden Milk). Mix half a teaspoon of turmeric powder in warm milk. It can be taken 1 to 2 times a day.
Sesame or coconut oil or ghee can also be used in the morning and evening. Apply it to your nose.
Take 1 teaspoon of sesame or coconut oil in the mouth and rotate it in the mouth for 2 to 3 minutes like a pudding. Then spit it out like a porter. After that rinse with warm water (lukewarm). Do this 2 times a day.
Steam the water by adding mint leaves and celery at least 1 time a day.
If you have a cough or a sore throat, take clove powder mixed with jaggery or honey and take it 2-3 times a day.
These remedies are beneficial for common dry cough and sore throat, yet if symptoms persist, please consult the doctor.
Use the above mentioned measures as per your convenience. These measures have been suggested by eminent physicians of the country, who may be able to increase individual immunity against infection.
